Welcome to lulu-at.com ("lulu-at", "we", "our", or "us"), operated by Lululab Inc. (주식회사 룰루랩) ("Company"), a corporation incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Korea.

By accessing or using lulu-at.com and any related services, mobile applications, or features (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

By creating an account or using the Services, you also confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

lulu-at is a technology platform that provides AI-powered skin analysis and connects individuals seeking Korean aesthetic medical services with licensed clinics and healthcare providers in the Republic of Korea. The Services include:

• AI-based skin analysis and personalized skin type assessment (LuluTI)
• Discovery of Korean aesthetic clinics and treatments
• Consultation and appointment request facilitation
• Booking and voucher payment facilitation (where offered)
• Personalized skincare product recommendations
• Educational content about K-beauty and Korean aesthetic medicine

lulu-at is not a licensed medical provider, hospital, clinic, or healthcare institution. The Company does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment. All medical services are provided solely by the independent licensed clinics and healthcare professionals listed on the platform.

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to minors. You may use the Services only if:

• You are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• You are not barred from receiving services under applicable laws

If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

To access certain features, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information or that violate these Terms.

The AI skin analysis results reflect algorithmic assessments based on the images and information you provide. Results may be affected by lighting, image quality, device differences, and other factors. Always consult with a licensed dermatologist or qualified healthcare provider regarding any skin condition or before undergoing any aesthetic treatment.

lulu-at does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or clinical validity of any skin analysis result. The Company is not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated results.

lulu-at uses artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to provide skin analysis services. In compliance with applicable laws and regulatory guidance:

• Our skin analysis is performed by an AI/ML system, not a human clinician. Results are algorithmic assessments, not professional medical opinions.
• AI analysis results may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Individual results may vary significantly based on image quality, lighting, and other factors.
• We continuously improve our AI models using aggregated and de-identified data. We will seek your separate consent before using your identified data for model training.
• AI-generated recommendations for products or treatments are based on pattern matching and statistical models — not clinical judgment.

lulu-at lists information about independent third-party clinics and healthcare providers ("Clinic Partners"). We do not employ, endorse, or guarantee the quality, safety, or outcomes of any Clinic Partner or its services.

When you submit a consultation or appointment request through lulu-at, you are initiating a request to a Clinic Partner. The relationship for any medical services is solely between you and the Clinic Partner. lulu-at is not a party to that relationship and is not liable for any acts, omissions, or outcomes of Clinic Partners.

Clinic information including pricing, availability, and accreditations is provided by Clinic Partners and may change. We encourage you to verify current information directly with the clinic before proceeding.

Travel and medical-tourism coordination. Where you travel to receive treatment, lulu-at or its personnel may, at your request, provide optional coordination assistance (such as information about scheduling, interpretation, transportation, or accommodation). Any such assistance is provided for your convenience only. lulu-at is not a travel agency and does not provide, and is not responsible for, transportation, lodging, flights, or other travel services, which are arranged by independent third parties subject to their own terms.

Clinic Partner relationship. The commercial terms governing the relationship between lulu-at and Clinic Partners (including listing, marketing, and settlement arrangements) are set out in a separate Clinic Partner Agreement and are not part of these Terms.

Certain Services may require payment, including booking deposits, prepaid consultation or treatment vouchers, and subscription features. This Section governs those transactions.

• After a consultation or treatment, you may be invited to submit a review or rating. Reviews must reflect your genuine, first-hand experience and must not contain false, misleading, defamatory, or unlawful content.
• You are responsible for the reviews you submit. We may — but are not obligated to — screen, moderate, decline to publish, or remove reviews, including as necessary to comply with applicable medical-advertising laws and our content policies.
• We may verify that a reviewer used the Services before publishing a review. We do not permit undisclosed compensated reviews, and we do not allow Clinic Partners to author, edit, or remove user reviews.
• By submitting a review, you grant us the license described in Section 11.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Upload, post, or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or infringes any third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, servers, or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to collect data from the Services without our written consent
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state your affiliation with any person or entity
• Use the Services to send unsolicited communications (spam) or to facilitate phishing
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Services
• Use the Services for commercial purposes without our prior written consent

By submitting content through the Services (including profile information, reviews, or comments), you grant Lululab Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Services.

Your skin photographs are treated differently. We do not claim ownership of your personal skin images, and the license above does not extend to publishing or publicly displaying your facial or skin photographs. We use your skin images only to provide the Services to you and — only with your separate consent — to improve our AI models in de-identified or aggregated form, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to the content you submit, and that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.

The Services and all content, features, and functionality thereof are owned by or licensed to Lululab Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. These are provided for convenience only. Lululab Inc. does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Services at least 7 days before taking effect.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LULULAB INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lululab Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you submit.

You may stop using the Services and request account deletion at any time, either by deleting your account directly from your profile settings or by contacting lululab@lulu-lab.com. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause. Sections 5, 8, 11, 12, 15, 16, 17, and 19 shall survive termination.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court (서울중앙지방법원) as the court of first instance.

If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that provides mandatory consumer-protection laws, nothing in these Terms shall limit your rights under those laws. In particular, if you reside outside the Republic of Korea, the exclusive-jurisdiction clause above does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence, and you may be entitled to bring proceedings in your local courts where required by applicable law.

Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lululab Inc. regarding the Services.

Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

No Waiver. Failure to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Force Majeure. We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Language. The English version prevails in case of conflict with any translation.
